PARKING: Please note, if there is not free parking on site or nearby street parking, you will be responsible to cover the parking costs.
TRAVEL: Travel rates: A travel surcharge will be included. This will be in your final quote.
SNOW MACHINE: Some venues may not allow a snow or bubble machine. Please note, I do not offer a discount if the snow machine is not used.
PAYMENT: a non refundable deposit is required to secure your space.

My preferred method of payment is bank transfer. Please could you make payment at least 24 hours before your party. If you are paying cash, could you please ensure that the correct amount is placed in an envelope, with the amount also written on the envelope to be paid on the day. Please refer to my website or drop me a WhatsApp if you need reminding of the balance due and double check that you have entered the correct amount. If the correct amount is not in the envelope, you will need to transfer the remaining balance via bank transfer, even if it’s just a small amount.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are cancelling with 24 hours or less notice, the full balance will be due. If you give 7 days notice, I will do my best to find a date to rearrange the party or offer an online video chat with a character via Zoom. If we cannot rearrange, you will lose your deposit.
Within 7 days notice of your party, I can try and reschedule your booking and there will be a 30% fee to do so. This is to protect my business, myself, and my staff. Once you are booked in, there is a chance that I will be turning work away to accommodate your booking.
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT: Some equipment is heavy and I may need to ask the children to move or play elsewhere. This is just ensure that they are safe and away from things like wires that they may trip over. I may occasionally need to ask parents to step in and move their children. If I have made reasonable effort and any equipment gets damaged, you may be responsible to pay for damage.
If children are deliberately pulling on costumes and wigs, jumping on capes etc this can also cause damage. Your entertainer will do their best to stop this from happening, and it definitely doesn’t happen often, however, if there is deliberate damage (not wear and tear) the cost may fall on the parent who has made the booking. We use high quality costumes and wigs and ask that they are respected.
OUTDOOR PARTIES: We love an outdoor party! We may require a sheltered area if there if it is very windy, rainy, snowy or if it’s very sunny. If you are unable to provide a sheltered area for your entertainer, please do not book a party.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR: If any of our performers feel like they are in an unsafe situation, they have my permission to leave the party or event. Harassment of any kind from adults will not be tolerated.
PLEASE do not encourage your children to follow a character to watch them load/unload their cars. Nothing ruins the magic like watching Elsa load a heavy speaker into her Peugot Partner which has a wing mirror hanging off. 😩😂
